“How we work” is a short slide document from October 2024. It says why the studio exists, which management ideas we follow and how we talk to each other.

What we have

| Vision | We want to create a new kind of work. It uses art, architecture and the cognitive sciences to make spaces, landscapes, buildings and sculptures dedicated to consciousness. Our focus is where consciousness, art and architecture meet. |
| Management | After Fredmund Malik (“Führen, Leisten, Leben”). Management is a job you keep learning. Decide what is right, not what is comfortable. Aim for results. Build on each person’s strengths. Communicate clearly. Develop people. Manage yourself first. |
